It is directly connected to the wind turbine hub to receive wind power input, and outputs grid-compliant electric energy through the full-power converter system. Combining high power density, reliable direct-drive structure and IP54 protection grade, this model adapts to various complex onshore wind field environments. Advantages of CRRC 2.5MW Direct-Drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator
Adopts permanent magnet excitation structure, eliminating excitation winding loss and improving overall energy conversion efficiency of the generator set.
Special optimized magnetic circuit structure ensures that the permanent magnets will not suffer irreversible demagnetization even under sudden short-circuit fault conditions, guaranteeing long-term performance stability.
No carbon brush or slip ring wearing parts are required in the whole machine, which greatly reduces daily maintenance workload and improves continuous operation reliability in remote wind farm sites.
Direct drive design removes the gearbox from the transmission chain, simplifying the overall transmission structure, reducing mechanical loss, lowering operation noise and vibration, and extending equipment service life.

Technical Requirements
When the voltage phase sequence of the three-phase power supply is the same as the order of the terminal letters U, V, W on the motor terminals, the motor shall rotate counterclockwise when viewed from the shaft extension end; the bearing grease shall be BEM41-141, the lubrication cycle of the front and rear bearings is 0.5g or a similar amount of lubricating oil to be added every 8 hours, and the specific operation shall refer to the centralized lubricator operation manual.
