CRRC Electric-Driven Fracturing Motors
CRRC electric-driven fracturing motors are heavy-duty, high-power drive solutions tailored for oilfield fracturing operations, featuring a modular design with rated power ranging from 3155 kW to 4420 kW and rated voltage of 3.3 kV, 6 kV, and 6.6 kV. Equipped with H-class insulation system and forced air cooling device, the motors come with high-precision temperature sensors and explosion-proof structure for harsh field environments. As a core component of electric-driven fracturing skid systems, CRRC provides a complete powertrain integration that combines its self-developed motors, BP series traction inverters, phase-shifting transformers, and intelligent control systems. While the electrification of oilfield equipment is an inevitable trend, CRRC also continuously optimizes product performance to adapt to different working conditions. We provide full life cycle services for all customers, from customized motor design to integrated powertrain supply, from on-site installation to commissioning, from after-sales service training to spare parts provision, from fault diagnosis to overhaul technical support.CRRC electric-driven fracturing motors can meet mainstream industrial safety and emission requirements, with different models designed for specific application scenarios. The suffix letters A/B/C/D/E represent optimized versions for different customers and working conditions, which means the basic motor structure is the same, the major differences are the rated parameter calibration, inverter matching, and structural details. CRRC will keep updating the product introduction page of different version motors, welcome to subscribe our website to get the latest update information. If you are in need of a motor model that is not available on our website for the moment, please contact CRRC sales team for technical details and related documents. Our well-trained sales and engineering team will help you with all products and technical documents available here at CRRC electric-driven fracturing series.
