CRRC 7.6MW Semi-Direct Drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator

CRRC 7.6MW semi-direct drive permanent magnet synchronous generator is developed for 7MW semi-direct wind turbine units, tailored for offshore and heavy salt mist operating environments. Its ultra-compact structure pioneers lightweight design for large-capacity offshore wind generators, filling domestic technical blank of 8MW-class semi-direct generator test platforms. The unit has passed CGC marine certification to satisfy strict offshore project requirements. We provide full life-cycle support for the 7.6MW semi-direct drive permanent magnet synchronous generator, including equipment supply, on-site installation and commissioning, maintenance training, spare parts provision, and ongoing technical troubleshooting services.

Advantages of CRRC 7.6MW Semi-Direct Drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator

  • The generator adopts a dual cooling design. The stator is equipped with a water cooling system featuring an innovative structure, while the rotor poles adopt an air-water cooling system, delivering high cooling efficiency and high power density..

  • It is designed with Class H corona-resistant insulation structure, which can withstand the high voltage change rate and peak voltage generated by converters.

  • The pole assembly adopts a fully sealed structure. Permanent magnets are fitted with a special anti-corrosion structure and have passed environmental tests including damp heat, salt spray, mould, and high-low temperature thermal shock, improving operational reliability under harsh working conditions.

  • Key components are manufactured from low-temperature resistant and vibration-resistant materials to enhance the generator’s low-temperature tolerance and vibration damping performance.

  • The generator features low current and voltage harmonics, as well as low vibration and noise levels.

  • It achieves low temperature rise with ample temperature margin and high operating efficiency.

  • The entire generator is treated with C5-M grade anti-corrosion coating for superior weather resistance.

  • This generator has obtained CGC (China General Certification) certification.

Technical Requirements

When the voltage phase sequence of the three-phase power supply is the same as the order of the terminal letters U, V, W on the motor terminals, the motor shall rotate counterclockwise when viewed from the shaft extension end; the bearing grease shall be BEM41-141, the lubrication cycle of the front and rear bearings is 0.5g or a similar amount of lubricating oil to be added every 8 hours, and the specific operation shall refer to the centralized lubricator operation manual.
