CRRC YZ08E DC Drilling Motor

CRRC YZ08E is a heavy-duty three-phase asynchronous motor specially developed for petroleum drilling rig applications, designed to drive key drilling equipment such as drawworks, mud pumps and rotary tables under demanding field conditions. Rated at 1000 kW, it operates at a rated voltage of 750 V with a rated current of 1450 A, a rated efficiency of 93.6%, a rated speed of 1060 r/min and a rated torque of 9010 N·m. The highest-efficiency design in the YZ08 series delivers increased power output for large drilling rigs while reducing energy consumption, and the 750 V DC/VFD drive interface provides flexible speed control matched to varying drilling loads and speeds. It is engineered for high reliability, ease of maintenance and long service life in harsh oilfield environments.
