CRRC YJSPM55 Mud Pump Drive Motor
CRRC YJSPM55 mud pump drive motor is designed for medium‑power mud pump of earth‑pressure balance and slurry shield machines. It can bear periodic load fluctuation from mud‑liquid pressure change, realizing stable output under long‑time continuous operation.
Adopting optimized anti‑corrosion and multi‑stage sealing treatment, it effectively isolates the erosion of muddy steam and sediment inside tunnel cabin. It is widely used in municipal subway and medium‑size tunnel projects.
We provide comprehensive lifecycle support for all products, including equipment supply, on‑site installation and commissioning, maintenance training, spare parts supply and continuous technical troubleshooting services.
Advantages of CRRC YJSPM55 Mud Pump Drive Motor
-
Optimized electromagnetic design matches shield frequency converter, realizing flexible speed‑torque adjustment, well adapting to frequent start‑stop, pressure fluctuation and intermittent heavy‑load characteristics of mud‑pump working conditions.
-
Adopting rotor axial ventilation hole and combined air‑water cooling structure according to power grade, effectively controls temperature rise under long‑time continuous heavy‑load tunneling, reduces over‑heating risk during long‑period excavation.
-
Multi‑stage sealing plus anti‑corrosion coating structure effectively resists erosion from underground dust, high humidity and muddy vapor, guaranteeing long‑term stable operation inside shield nacelle.
-
Reinforced rotor‑stator assembly and optimized bearing anti‑electro‑corrosion structure improve anti‑fatigue capability against periodic hydraulic impact caused by mud pressure change, lowering bearing failure risk.
-
Reserved multi‑sensor interfaces for winding temperature, vibration and bearing temperature, supporting real‑time operation data collection, remote monitoring and fault early‑warning for intelligent shield system.
-
Perfectly compatible with CRRC shield‑special frequency converters; supports centralized‑rectification multi‑drive configuration. It can fully replace imported mud‑pump drive motors for various shield machine types.
-
Reasonable frame layout fits limited installation space of shield nacelle; modular component design facilitates on‑site inspection, disassembly and replacement, reducing equipment downtime and overall O&M cost.
