CRRC 5500 Series Variable Frequency Drive Room
RRC 5500 series variable frequency drive room is a high-power, integrated power conversion solution tailored for medium & large power electric fracturing skid systems. It adopts AC-DC-AC driving mode, equipped with a 4300 kVA dry-type rectifier transformer and 24-pulse rectification three-level inverter, supporting 10 kV high-voltage incoming power and rated 3300 V output voltage. The drive room is matched with the motor of 3100 kW rated power and 4100 kW overload power. The frequency converter adopts water cooling design with IP55 protection class. With skid-mounted fully enclosed structure and overall dimension of 12000mm2900mm3000mm, it delivers steady power conversion under heavy-load continuous operation conditions of oilfield fracturing operations, and adapts to complicated and dusty field environments.As a mature model in the CRRC oilfield drive series, it can be seamlessly matched with mainstream electric fracturing skid equipment and supporting high-power drive motors to guarantee coordinated and stable operation of the whole fracturing system. We provide comprehensive life-cycle support for the variable frequency drive room, covering equipment supply, on-site installation and commissioning, maintenance training, spare parts provision, and ongoing technical troubleshooting services.
