Technical Requirements

1.Insulation specifications and insulation test specifications shall be implemented in accordance with W-CEABD-000002 Technical Conditions for Stator Coil Ordering.

2.Each unit contains 192 coils, of which:

48 coils: outgoing wire length at the coil bottom = 100, 380

96 coils: outgoing wire length at the coil bottom = 100, 100

48 coils: outgoing wire length at the coil bottom = 380, 100

3.All lead wires shall have the strand insulation stripped off. Long lead wires: 340; short lead wires: 60.

4.Stator slots: 192
Rated voltage: 1400V
Winding pitch: 1–11
Coil turns: 6

5.The consistency of the straight section length and end dimensions of the 192 coils shall be within 1mm.

6.The core adopts a skewed slot structure, skewed 1 slot (1.875°) clockwise when viewed from the lead wire end [G].
The stator coil ends shall be adjusted according to the core to ensure uniform inter-slope gaps.
